Meyer lemons are a hybrid of lemons and oranges and give our cheesecakes a soft citrus finish with a low “pucker factor”.

Kahlua Crunch – A perfect balance of coffee and rum flavors plus an added secret ingredient to give it a slightly crunchy texture (no, not coffee grounds!).
Cherry Chocolate Chip Cheesecake (seasonal) – Whole sweet cherries and chocolate chips are combined in our classic cheesecake on a chocolate crumb crust.
Irish Stout Chocolate Toffee Cheesecake (seasonal) – We start with genuine Irish stout, reduce it and combine it with chocolate toffee pieces, swirl it through our classic cheesecake baked on a chocolate crumb crust. With the alcohol cooked out, the stout imparts a subtle malt flavor, uniquely delicious.
Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake (seasonal) – Classic cheesecake with pumpkin and spices baked on our ginger-molasses cookie crust makes a perfect alternative to traditional pie.
Gluten Free Butter Rum – With flavors reminiscent of those Life-Savers you loved as a kid, baked on a gluten free butter cookie crust.
The Totally Chocolate Torte – The name says it all. For this dense and intense dessert, we combine dark Belgian chocolate with heavy cream and whole eggs and bake it on a chocolate cookie crust. The finishing touch – chocolate ganache. Perfect for the “choco-holics” at your table.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse Cake – Light and delicate peanut butter mousse is textured with toasted peanuts on a chocolate cookie crust and blanketed with Belgian chocolate ganache; reminiscent of your favorite childhood candy bar!
FRUIT TARTS (Galettes)
In this free-form dessert creation, we hand roll our flaky pastry crust, fill it high with fruit and spices, and cover it with cinnamon streusel. Fully baked and sliced in ten portions, all you need to do is thaw and serve. It’s even better warmed with ice cream or your own favorite sauce. Easier than pie!
