Our cheesecakes are made with only cream cheese, sugar, whole eggs and pure flavorings, then slowly baked in a water bath at low temperatures for hours in hearthstone ovens. The result: the creamiest cheesecake you’ve ever tasted. Our “Classic” is a silky, plain cheesecake on a graham cracker crust. Serve it unadorned, or make it a signature dessert with your own unique toppings.
Meyer lemons--a hybrid of lemons and oranges--give our cheesecakes a soft, citrus finish with a low “pucker factor."

Fruit Tart (Galettes)

For this free-form dessert creation, we hand roll our flaky pastry crust, fill it high with fruit and spices, and cover it with brown sugar cinnamon streusel. Fully baked and sliced--just thaw and serve. It’s even better warmed and topped with ice cream or your favorite sauce. Easier than pie! Pre-sliced in 10 servings for convenience, or available unsliced by request. Mixed Berry (blueberries, blackberries and raspberries, wrapped in a rustic tart crust and topped with streusel), or Apple Crisp (roasted apples piled high in a hand-shaped tart crust and topped with streusel).
