We take pride in the quality and freshness of our products.
Our breads and baked items are made daily and shipped to ensure their freshness on arrival. Breads and baskets containing breads may be shipped UPS Ground to destinations within three days of our bakery, otherwise they must be shipped UP2 or UP3 Air. Our office can assist you with choosing the correct shipping option.
Please note that Stollen may be shipped anywhere in the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii by UPS Ground.
Spoilage due to incorrect addresses or failure to immediately open a package, remove and store the perishable products will not be covered by our guarantee.
Should spoilage or damage result from our error or that of UPS, we will replace the spoiled or damaged product at no expense to the customer. In some cases we may issue a refund instead of replacement.
Health Department rules prevent the return of perishable items, however, we may on occasion request the return of an item for inspection and review by quality control.
